Nollywood Actor, Baba Ijesha Sentences To 16 Years Over Sexual Assault

This was contained in the judgment given by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offenses Court on Thursday after he sentenced Baba Ijesha for disgusting treatment of a youngster, rape, and endeavored rape in a two-hour judgment.
Baba Ijesha has been in an extended fight in court after he was said to have physically attacked a 14-year-old young lady.
Baba Ijesha was summoned on June 24, 2021. During the preliminary, six indictment witnesses affirmed against him.
They are Princess, the 14-year-old minor, Olabisi Ajayi-Kayode, a youngster master; Aniekan Makanjuola, a clinical specialist; Wahab Kareem, the examining cop; and Abigail Omane, a police officer.
He’s confronting a six-count charge of foul treatment of a youngster, rape, endeavored rape by infiltration, and rape by entrance.
The charges were proffered against him by the Lagos state directorate of public arraignments (DPP).
