Escape– Chibok Schoolgirl Held For Eight Years By Boko Haram

As per Channels TV, the person in question, who gave her name as Ruth Bitrus, said she needed to travel for three days in the Sambisa Forest before help came to her by troops of the 21 Armored Brigade Bama.
“I go by Ruth Bitrus, I got away from the Sambisa Forest. I’m one of the understudies grabbed from GGSS Chibok in April 2014. We were 203 that were grabbed. Most of us are still in Sambisa with our detainers,” she communicated in the Hausa language.
As per Ruth, her significant other was killed by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) while he was attempting to establish a bomb.
“The dad of my youngster kicked the bucket quite a while back in Rabul Sani town where he went to establish a bomb at the tactical development and it detonated with him before he could establish it.”
