COURT;-Adjourned Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial Till May 18 And 26
The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the preliminary of the head of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu till May 18 and 26, 2022 separately.
Equity Binta Nyako said the preliminary made the proclamation in the wake of listening to parties at the proceedings.While bail application administering is scheduled for May 18, the 26th day of that very month would be for the continuation of the preliminary.
Review that Justice Nyako had before struck out 8 out of 15 count criminal allegations as a detriment to oneself acclaimed head of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
The adjudicator tossed out the 8 depends because the verification of proof didn’t connect him with the charges.
Equity Nyako liberated Kanu from the 8 charges while conveying the decision in a primer protest the Nnamdi Kanu raised against every one of the charges.
