AMCON Sues Demayo Company, Over Alleged N300m Debt
Joined as co-respondents in the suit are heads of the organization recognized as Moshood Ademola Omidiran, Wulayat Omidiran and Abdulmalik Omidiran.The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has hauled Demayo Holdings Nigerian Limited under the watchful eye of a Federal High Court in Lagos over supposed N300 million obligation.
Joined as co-respondents in the suit are heads of the organization distinguished as Moshood Ademola Omidiran, Wulayat Omidiran and Abdulmalik Omidiran.
AMCON in an Ex parte Motion stamped FHC/L/AMC/22/2022 requested that the court recuperate the amount of N319,658,903.56 from the respondents.
“WHEREOF the petitioner claims against the Defendants as follow; The amount of N319,658,903.56 (Three Hundred and Nineteen Million, Six Hundred and Fifty-Eight Thousand, Nine 103 Naira, Fifty-Six Kobo.) being the extraordinary obligation of the Defendants as At February 2, 2022,” the court archives read.
“Premium at the pace of Fifteen percent (15%) per annum on the expressed amount of from February 02, 2022 until judgment is conveyed. Premium at the pace of 10% (10%) per annum on the judgment total from the date of the passage of conclusive judgment in the suit until the said judgment is completely lastly exchanged.”
