Peter Obi Joins Labour Party
He is supposed to challenge the party’s official essential political race next Tuesday.Former legislative leader of Anambra State and recent official hopeful on the foundation of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi, has officially joined the Labor Party (LP) to challenge the 2023 official political decision.
Saharareporters assembled that Obi enlisted as an individual from the party on Friday in his ward in Anambra State.
He is supposed to challenge the party’s official essential political race next Tuesday.

SaharaReporters had on Wednesday revealed that Obi was intending to dump the PDP for Labor Party.
“He is leaving for the Labor Party,” a source had told SaharaReporters.
“The consequences of different primaries of the party led so far have shown who the majority of these agents are faithful to,” the source had said.
“Thus, he (Obi) is feeling the squeeze to leave the PDP for the moneybags, we are at present hoping to track down one more party to acknowledge him.”
Obi had surrendered his participation of the PDP two days before its official essential.
He said his acquiescence was a result of the new improvements in the resistance. In a letter dated May 24, 2022, and addressed to the public director of the PDP, Iyorchia Ayu, Obi said he had previously educated the executive regarding the PDP section in his Agulu Ward 2, in Anambra State.
“I’m writing to suggest you of my acquiescence from the PDP, which was passed on to the director of Agulu Ward 2, Anaocha LGA, powerful Friday, May 20, 2022. Thus, I am by this letter educating you regarding my withdrawal from the PDP Presidential Primary.”It has been a significant privilege to add to country building endeavors through our party. Tragically, late advancements inside our party make it essentially difficult to keep partaking and making such helpful commitments,” Obi said in the letter.
